Handle Social – Terms & Conditions

  1. Services Provided
    Handle Social provides social media management services, including but not limited to: content creation, scheduling, posting, engagement management, branding guidance, and analytics reporting across agreed platforms.
  2. Agreement & Start Date
    Services commence on the start date stated in your contract. By signing the service agreement or making payment, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
  3. Payment
    Invoices are issued on the 1st of every month following the contract start date. Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in the agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of services until payment is received.
  4. Content Ownership
    The client retains ownership of all original content they provide. Handle Social retains rights to any original content created by us until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Revisions & Approvals
    Handle Social will provide drafts and scheduled content for client approval. Clients agree to provide feedback promptly. Excessive revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
  6. Confidentiality
    Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business information, strategies, and private data.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    Handle Social provides services professionally and on time. However, we are not responsible for platform outages, algorithm changes, or third-party actions that affect social media performance.
  8. Termination
    Either party may terminate the agreement with one month’s written notice. Any outstanding payments for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
  9. Indemnity
    The client agrees to indemnify Handle Social against any claims arising from content provided by the client or actions taken at the client’s direction.
  10. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
